Excellent doc. Knew what the problem was right away. Didn't just give me more antibiotics. Explained with a picture when I didn't understand at first. Problem is now gone.

I had a great experience with Dr. Chase and his wonderful staff!! I would recommend him to all of my friends as he is very knowledgeable. Thank you!

My experience in this place was rather horrible. I have had a chronic sinus condition for nearly 8 years of my life. No one seems to know the cause and I was able to FINALLY get a referral to an E.N.T. Unfortunately for me, it was this E.N.T.



Upon arrival I was asked to fill out paperwork, asking such questions as *religion, race, marrital status and asking for family mental health history*. None of which have anything to do with why I'm there, and frankly none of their business. After turning my paperwork in I was asked to come back nearly immediately. They took my BP and it scored VERY high. This being odd due to a previous test only 2 days earlier at my primary health care provider showing my BP was perfectly normal. The person who took it said "The doctor will check this again just to be sure", which was never done.



Once that person left I had the joy of waiting for 40 minutes for the audiologist to arrive *someone I did not request, but apparently needed*. After testing was done *not a single question about sinus pain or pressure or stuffy ears* I was told I should get hearing aids for my hearing loss. *Mind you, this whole time, every time I swallow my ears are popping and making sucking noises letting me know they are gunked up, of which I informed the audiologist of my own volition*.



The audiologist took me back to my room where I had to wait for yet another 30 minutes for the doctor to come in. Only to have him tell me it's not sinus's and Quote: "Sinus's don't cause pain." To which I replied "I don't understand, if it isn't my sinus's then why do I get upper respiratory infections only a few days after the pain in my head starts?". He then said we would run a CT scan just to be sure but maintained that it can't be my sinus's. He then referred me to a neurologist *which he seemed to jump to, the moment he heard me say "headache"* saying Quote: "We don't do headaches here.".



I may be wrong, as I'm not a doctor but I'm pretty sure sinus headaches are a leading symptom of......... SINUS'S! After my CT scan, I do not plan on returning to this office. The staff were very polite, but the doctor seemed to enter the room *after a ridiculous wait time* with his own preconceptions as to what was wrong with me. Barely allowing me to answer his questions before interrupting me with a reply.



All in all, I strongly suggest finding another E.N.T. I know I will.
