Provided by YP.comWill never offer my business to heritage again. Went to test drive a truck and spoke with the manager Larry about the truck which he was short to answer and rude. Upon taking the truck for a test drive we noticed chips in the windshield, broken interior part, seat stains, needed new tires, paint peeling on back end, and bedliner peeling up as well. We offered a fair price $1000 less than asking price while sitting in the bank parking lot ready to draw out the cash. Larry very rudely told us to return the truck immediately. We will take our business somewhere else where they treat the customer in a professional manner. Would have possibly been interested in other vehicles on the lot but not after how rude Larry was.

Provided by YP.comThis place is awful. When I picked up my new car, it was dirty and it vibrated violently on the highway. Also, when it rained the first time, there was a major leak in the cabin. Turns out, there was no drain tube. When taking the car back to Heritage for these issues, it took two visits to identify and fix the drain tube and took 4 visits (including a week-long visit) to identify and fix the vibration problem. It turns out that the tires were bad. Then the plastic on the inside rear quarter of the cargo area on the driver's side was cracked due to improper installation,and it took Heritage 3 months to order the part (which ended being the wrong part)!!
In general, while the buying process was good, everything since then has been awful. They do not return phone calls, there are overpriced for their service, and their service is typically not done correctly on the first or second try.
If you are interested in buying a Jeep (or Chrysler or Dodge), you are much better served going somewhere else (since there another 5 dealerships within 30 miles of Heritage). I know I wish I had gone somewhere else. Certainly, all other issues will now be taken elsewhere.

Provided by YP.comMy husband and I both purchased new vehicles within a short time span. I purchased near our town, and my husband purchased from Mike at Heritage Auto Mall. I had a mishap with my manual and asked my salesman if he could get a new one. The answer? For $40 - $50!! When I went to Heritage with my husband, he mentioned my manual mishap to Mike. Before we left the dealership, Mike had a new manual ordered for me..........regardless of who I bought from. He is all out to help people........anybody, not just HIS customers. I highly recommend Heritage and Mike. They will have my future business.
