Riverside is a mobile home community in the town of Montrose Michigan, equally located between Saginaw and Flint. The community is a short distance from Barber Memorial Park, that has walking trails, sporting fields, a playground, and river access. Right across the street from the community is the Montrose Orchards, where you can go have fun with the family when they are in season. The town also has its annual Blueberry Festival the third weekend of August. The Riverside community is within a 20-minute radius from the Birch Run Premium Outlets, Emagine Entertainment theatre, and many restaurants. Children attend Montrose Community Schools, which are less than a five-minute commute from the community.
