Bad all around. Customer service is probably the worst I have seen in a LONG time. I had cancelled my subscription due to papers being delivered a day or two later than the print date. I had called to rectify the situation only to have the issue continue. I then cancelled. A call later to my wife, the employee stated we are going to fix this issue and hung up the phone. We started to get papers again...no verbal or written agreement to this. The assumption was that we received a month free for our inconvenience. Later, we found this to not be the case when I called to have them stop, they informed us that they were billing us for the subscription they set up without my consent. While the employees are pleasant over the phone, not one of them accepted fault. Rather, they just pushed the problem to billing and said they have the final say. Even if this were to work out in my favor, I would rather no one go through this. DON T SUBSCRIBE!
