This is the condition of the seed slitter after picking it up at the rental center and getting to the work site. No one at the rental center had taken the time to maintain the machine. Cost me 1 1/2 hours to fix the mess of tangled twine/rope beneath the machine before I could use it. Then...the drive belt jumped off of the pulley and that took another 45 minutes to trailer it back to the garage to have the tools necessary to fix that. After using the machine, I return it to the rental center, show them a bucket full of rope that I had to cut off each spline wheel and explained my experience to them. They apologized. I then asked for a discount (not a refund) and they said NO. I'm sure the owner will get onto the website after reading this and say they are sorry and that they've been in business for blah blah blah # of years and care. Maybe the owner needs to pay a little more attention to the reviews and what's going on at ground level in their business?

They were rude expensive and we received dirty dirty chairs for our wedding ceremony. We couldn't use our table skirting due to their clips not working and the didn't do anything about it. It was a disaster on my wedding day. Kudos to you all.

People are great and they have anything you need to throw a great party. Fair pricing and excellent service. Staff is very attentive to all your needs

Be careful dealing with this business. They will look for any way to make an extra few quick bucks off of anyone who rents from them. Horrible customer service and shady business practices

I will never go there again. They promised their equipment would work and it did not on the day it was suppose to. They have poor customer service.

Great place to rent anything you need. Staff is very helpful. Rental rates are reasonable, equipment is always clean, staff gives instructions on proper use of equipment.

Will go there over and over to rent what I need.
