Mt. Pleasant High School offers education to more than 1,200 students in grades nine through 12. It is accredited by the North Central Association of Schools and Colleges and is affiliated with the Mount Pleasant City School District. The school provides advanced placement courses in calculus and physics and offers a curriculum that includes language arts, mathematics, social studies, economics, family and consumer sciences, and physical and health education. The school offers various leadership groups to students, such as the National Honor Society, National Art Honor Society, Business Professionals of America and student senate. It provides various sports activities to students, including football, basketball, soccer, skiing, wrestling, swimming, volleyball, golf, tennis and cross country. The amenities offered by the school include an auditorium, media center, fully equipped gymnasium, library and cafeteria. The school is located in Mount Pleasant, Mich.
