I enjoyed my experience at this Tuffy Service Center. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. They had very competitive prices and have a great staff. The mechanics showed me where the problems were on my vehicle and performed their work well and efficiently. I will definitely have them service my vehicles in the future.

Worst service I have ever had! I was left in the waiting room for an hour before anyone even talked to me about my tire. Then it took another hour to patch my tire which only had a screw in it. They tried to sell me my sensors for my tires, which I needed two of, for 3 times the amount that Discount tire was asking for! AWFUL!

I have been going here for years to get my foreign car factory service done so I don't have to drive to Lansing or Saginaw. They do a great job at a great price.
