I haven't even received my car back yet and felt inclined to write this review. I was told parts would be ordered when I got my estimate. One week later I dropped my car off as planned. Two full days later I hadn't heard anything from them so called, only to hear that they just ordered the parts! When I followed up later that week to ask about the timeframe I received a rude response "didn't we go over this yesterday?" Uh no since you haven't been contacting me, and even if we had, I'm the paying customer so explain again. All this time I'm paying for a rental car. So far the delivery will be 4-5 days after they originally said. I hope the quality of work is at least good.

THEY OVERCHARGED AND UNDER DELIVERED!!!! THEY DID LESS WORK THAN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE AND YET THE BILL STAYED THE SAME!! THEY SAID THEY DID WHAT WAS EASIER AND FASTER BUT NOT WHAT THEY QUOTED AND WHAT WOULD LAST LONGER AND BE THE PROPER WAY TO DO IT!!! IT ALSO TOOK THEM TWICE AS LONG AND THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS NOT GREAT!! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! VERY DISHONEST!!
