Poor customer service. I went in for a simple tool rental and it took 30 minutes to get out the door. The staff is unprofessional and not very knowledgeable or helpful at all, even in regards to their own inventory and rental tools. One sales associate tried to tell me they didn't have a particular tool for rental and that I would have to buy it, even though their tool rental sheets specifically said they had those as available to rent. Upon returning the tools I borrowed, the manager refused to put the $130 refundable rental deposit back on to my debit card saying they could only give me cash back. I told him that oreillys, advance auto, and even the freaking shoe store put returns back on to your debit cards and he responded that "that is impossible." I won't be returning.
