After living here for several years, the prices have steadily gone up by $50-100/month per year while the service and quality of apartments and staff have plummeted. The current management and employees are rude and not personable and it can take weeks of constant inquiries to get important maintenance work done. Expect your air filter to never get changed unless you ask about it, HVAC work to be put off until a month past when you needed it, roaches (palmetto bugs) and other insects to the point where you need to buy and spray pesticides yourself, and for the outside areas to fall into disrepair because they aren't maintained or pressure washed often. 5-6 years ago, I was really happy here, but everything has changed for the worse in that time.



I would not recommend living here unless your housing was being temporarily paid by your employer. You can find cheaper and newer apartments for less that have modern appliances and fixtures for less in Mount Pleasant.
