- Nat Benson Jr., Esq. was born and educated in northern Ohio. He received his BA with a major in Accounting at Kent State University. Nat received his Juris Doctor from the University of Akron, while working full time as a financial analyst with the Timken Company. Nat has been a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the Charleston County Bar Association, and the South Carolina Bar Association’s Elder Law Committee. He is a past president of the South Carolina Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law. Since the inception in 2008 of the Accredited Agent program by the Veterans Administration, Nat has been an accredited attorney, allowing him to assist veterans and their spouses with claims for VA veterans benefits.
