I heard great things about them.... called at least 4 times... still no one showed up to deliver a tank! Just as others have commented, got the “Oh, were slammed” ... call back in four weeks, so I did... nope, don’t have a record of your request... how about next week? Again, no show or a call... horrible service! Good luck to all that currently have them... clearly have out grown their capabilities!

Just like previous review, called to schedule tank fill and they didn't act interested and talked about how busy they were. Said they'd call back to schedule fill and never did. Called after week and a half and left message. When they called back they didn't apologize just asked for my address and said they'd get to it later in the week. Never showed up. If they were the only gas company around and offered free gas I'd still convert back to wood fireplace. They don't deserve anyone's money or time.

He was very rude and hostile and had no information on the order so he took the order and ignored it

Don't use this company they deserve no stars
