I experienced the exact same situation as the previous review. I reserved a truck a day in advance ( I assumed they had a truck available since the website allowed me to make a reservation in the first place) and once I arrived the next morning I was told that they did not have any trucks. I understand that this happens however, the man at the desk offered no solution nor was he apologetic at all. He told me he would call me as soon as a truck was returned and I could come pick it up. Luckily I did not wait around for them to call because they never did. On top of all this, they still charged me a reservation fee! I will NEVER use a service from this company again.

I reserved a budget truck the day before I needed it. I went to pick it up that day and they had no trucks, the explanation was I made the reservation too late. I had to tell them to call me when the next truck was available, they did not offer. As expected I never received a phone call. 100% will never rent here again and I highly suggest you take the same advice. They are extremely unprofessional and unreliable.
