The mission of Coastal Patient Advocates, LLC is to educate, support and empower our clients as they navigate through the confusing healthcare system. We help patients make the most informed healthcare decisions for themselves and/or their family members to ensure their unique needs are considered. Coastal Patient Advocates will teach and empower you to chart your healthcare path and to feel secure in your own medical choices. We position ourselves to support you on your healthcare journey, from the facilities you wish to use, to directives you want enforced. We also assist patients in coordinating and organizing the enormous amount of information that accompanies complex problems. If you are dealing with a new diagnosis, a serious illness or you need help managing a complex medical situation, we are here to help because it is our passion! Partnering with Coastal Patient Advocates means you will have a dedicated, experienced advocate with a local, regional and national network. Based in Mount Pleasant, we can provide in person service throughout the region including the tri-county area (Charleston, Dorchester and Berkeley counties). We also provide consultations and services via phone and video conferencing.
