I used to work for Glasspro, inc and waterlily13 I can only think that you must have confused your companies because even if the technician were green and right off the street, those wonderful call center ladies, and anyone you spoke with on the phone would have bent over backwards to ensure that you were 100% satisfied. Mr. Heinauer leads by example and the service you would have received at Glasspro, Inc is the opposite of what you have described. Take it from me, this is an A-1 company both to work for and to come to for service!

I'm not sure why 'waterlily13' would ever say such a thing (some people aren't happy with anything no matter what). I have been a happy customer of Glasspro Inc. since 2000. I do a lot of highway driving, so I have had my share of windshields broken and have nothing but wonderful experiences.

The products they use are top quality.

They have NEVER been late for my appts.

And their customer service is outstanding!

I also like the fact that Glasspro Inc. is so involved in the Charleston community-it's refreshing and exciting to see.

They're awesome. Period.

We honestly would like more feedback regarding this incident. Glasspro, Inc. is a 100% privately owned local company with 9 locations only in South Carolina. Our managers have no recollection of this incident, but our company will never be too big to have unhappy customers and we sincerely want to get this resolved if at all possible. At times, our company is sometimes confused with other company names in the area, and there are other “Glass Pro” companies out of state that we are not affiliated with in any way. We take this very seriously, and if this did happen at one of our locations, we apologize and certainly would not handle a situation this way in the future. We would like to know more about this and get to the bottom of it internally to make any necessary changes if our company is the one responsible for the unsatisfactory service you received . Don't ever go to this business...

Don't ever go to this business, The worst experience ever!!! They were late getting my car windshield replaced, even though they had it all afternoon. So they caused me to be late to work, but the nightmare part of it all was when they finally finished, they parked my card outside in a pouring rain storm with the front windows open, my leather seats were soaked and so was the interior. I called to complain and they didn't offer to even clean my car or any real apology what so ever. In the end a few months later a cracked appeared coming from under the seal, so I had to replace it again, However I called another company and they came right to my home, did it in 20 mins and even replaced a missing seal that Glass "Not " so Pro had refused to fix without an addition charge. Call anyone else, trust me these people are not professionals!
