Gregorie Ferry Landing is a beautiful apartment community in Mt. Pleasant, SC. This community is almost 3 years old and is managed by the owners of the community. Special attention is payed to Excellent Customer Service. I have no idea what this community was like when it opened, but I can tell you that I've been here for 15 months and every day we work hard to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents, but also in the community itself! This is a four story community with ELEVATORS. Door to door trash service. Excellent Schools, Great Floorplans and AWESOME Residents! We have very reasonable rates for Mt. Warning! Do NOT be fooled into renting here!!! It is a nightmare. Let me begin with the staff - Blue Ridge - they are the MOST unprofessional people I have ever met. IF you ever have ANY issues forget them taking your complaints seriously.. AND if you complain too much beware that they will not renew your lease when it comes around. This goes for their corporate level too - which I have tried to reach with my complaints. They just don't care!!! The whole property which used to be nice until they took over is awful. Dog crap everywhere, grill out for two months now, unclean pool, gates don't work (NOT a gated community), those "stores" in the pictures don't exist - it is storage, units are NOT soundproof - upstairs neighbors sound like they are coming through the ceiling, dogs bark continuously, lack of parking because boats, tow trucks, etc. allowed to park on the property, wires exposed all around the building because the idiots use pinestraw in windy Charleston, nasty hallways that are never cleaned, dog park has mites, dogs allowed to run off leashes behind the carwash, debris litters the property, smoking does take place on outside porches... and I could go on and on. Kristen, the manager, is a joke! She has no clue what she is doing and is highly aggressive if a resident tries to discuss with her their concerns. The lack of professionalism and treatment of the residents is awful. Those of us that moved in when the property was first built were happy - Greystar managed then. Once the owner tried to save money and changed to Blue Ridge he definitely showed you get what you pay for - a crappy place to live. Most of us have moved or are moving... I encourage any others to post their experiences here so that future potential residents don't have to endure what we have had to.
