These guys were wonderful and fun to work with. They were professional, easy to talk to and very knowledgable. We walked onto the lot and were greeted by their friendly staff associate,Steven Richburg and was very pleased and as we looked and bought the "CC". I would HIGHLY recommmend them !!

Mr.Steven Richburg is the consummate VW salesman - knowledgeable, no pressure, exceeded my expectations. I was looking at many different makes and it's amazing what you find out there for a Salesman. Steven was different he knew the brand, He has the knowledge of the vehicles, I also liked how nice he is if you are looking for any type of vehicle a new volkswagen or just a used car go see him you will be glad you did.

Can only speak to how I was handled on the phone....

Rang almost 10 times before someone answered and then transferred me to service which rang and rang and rang....
Before being answered by the wrong department!!
