I was very disappointed with our first experience with this studio. We had an appt this past Saturday afternoon. We arrived to find the studio packed with adults and children. We had to sit in a waiting room for 30-45mins with screaming and dis-orderly children even though we arrived early for our appt. Once we were setup in the first room to start our session things went okay. But I must say that I felt rushed and like the photographer wasn't concerned at the fact that my son wasn't smiling much. After our first portraits where taken and we had been in studio for an hour we were told to have a seat again and they would set us up in another room for more pictures. By this time my kids were tired and hungry and my husband's patients was at an end. I sent my husband and kids to the van and asked the photographer if we could see what he had taken so far and pay. Well typically you get your portraits same day at this studio but the printer was jammed. So I was told I would get a call when they were ready and would have to make the drive from Summerville to Mt Pleasant again. Needless to say and will not be coming back to this studio as not satisfied with our exeperience. The only reason I stayed and at least chose one pose was because we were taking these pictures for inlaws as a Christmas gift.
