I really loved the landscape, layout and the apartment set up. It was cool to see a deer or two before all the next-door construction. My issue is with the bugs (Large Cockroaches & Assassin Bugs), snakes (Rat & Garter snakes), rodents and a coyote. They spray outside, around building once a week. You need to special request inside spraying and then again, they only come on a certain day of the week, so you will have to put up with creatures until the next visit or longer. Overall, the neighbors were nice, but many are lazy and do not leash or pick up after their dogs. Which can get out of hand and embarrassing when bringing parents and guest to home and have to walk by dog waste. Sadly, it was not what I had hoped. Hopefully, it will improve. New management is addressing these issues, I will keep you posted.
