I had an issue with Swift Appliance and they were happy to make everything right. Large selection to choose from.

Bought a dishwasher under warranty with a 30 day return. AFTER SEVERAL REAQUESTS, they did not honor any of this, they kept coming to the house to "fix" the problem. Now they are not returning my calls. Result... House full of mold, buckled hardwood floors, lemon dishwasher. I just hired an attorney which will cost thousands... but at this point i don't care as I want to make it so painful for them so they do not do this to anyone else. From the many 1 Star reviews, I can see I'm not the 1st person who has been burned

Nancy, even though it has been months since you helped me with my appliance purchases your quick response when I had a problem could not go unnoticed. I want to personally thank you and also recommend you and your store to everyone in the Charleston area. When it was time to stock my kitchen with new appliances you went above and beyond to find what I needed in the budget I had to work with. Your recommendation of the Bertazzoni range and your effort to secure one in my price range was exceptional. The Bertazzoni dual fuel range has been a pleasure to use. All the features work as advertised and it is very easy to clean the range top ( a big plus compared to the open burners I had on my old range). The only negative I have is the oven is a little small because of the convection fan, but that is easy to get use to and the oven cooks wonderful. The wife has baked double racks of cookies with no problem. Also the XO hood and the Bosch dishwasher are great. You can hardly hear the dishwasher when it’s in use. Again I thank you for great service.
