The food here was great. My husband and I had a fried seafood plate it was huge. I give this restaurant only 3 stars because the staff was awful. We were here on a last minute trip for my husband's work and just looking for a good place to eat seafood. As soon as we walked in we were aware that we were a little under dressed. The staff made it obvious too. The place isn't that nice on the inside or outside so you can't tell, it just looks like a casual dining place. Maybe it's because of the location, I'm not sure. Anyway, good food. Awful service.

This restaurant is a hidden gem! Located on Shem Creek and down the road a bit, it could be overlooked. We are so glad we found it. There about 30 people in our party, and everyone agreed that our dinner was great. The grouper, chicken, and steak were excellent and served in large, generous servings. Should you have room for dessert, we highly recommend the homemade bread pudding. Kudos to Dottie and her staff for all they did for us. The service was terrific. Prices are most reasonable. Have a margarita on the deck outside and have a most enjoyable evening. We did.
