Provided by YP.comI ordered flowers, over the phone from California, for my mother. The florist told me what they had that resembled what I requested. The bouquet that was delivered looked like it was worth $7.00 (worse than a bouquet from Wal-Mart) and I paid $93.15. The product that was delivered was not what I had requested or agreed upon. I was totally disappointed in this floral shops quality of work. If I could attach a picture of the flowers to support my aggrivation, I would do so, but this site does not allow attachments. I would have been better off purchasing from an online flower distributor than trying to support this local business. I would never purchase a product from this store again. UNLESS you are physically there to see the finished product, I do not recommend buying from this floral shop.
We have no record of a customer named AJLewis. We keep very detailed records, and we had no orders that match either name or dollar amount described in Dec. of 2009. If there is a problem with an order, and we are made aware of it, we fix it. No questions asked. We can only assume that this review was written by a disgruntled salesperson when we did not re-new our listing at a higher rate.
