We boarded our dog there for a week while on vacation. The ladies there were super accommodating! They took great care of our 13-year old dog for us and when we came in past business hours, they came back up there to meet us and so we could get him. We drive from Longview for them to take care of him for us! We'll definitely be back.

wonderful place, i have no complaints

New to town looking for a groomer. We drove around and looked at the outside of the buildings, we saw this one. It looks nice outside the inside, not at all. You walk in, there are cages in the waiting area, really sad to see all those dogs right in the cages in the front room. Each time somebody comes in they all get really excited. We asked them to trim our dog down to 3/4 of an inch, all over her body and trim up her ears, tail, and face. Well when I went to pick her up, she said that she didn't need to trim her that much since was already 3/4 inch. I am not quite sure, but 2 inches and 3/4 of an inch are two noticeable lengths. We get our dog groomed every month, she had not been groomed for about 2 months due to us relocating. Needless to say I took her home, after discussing with my husband, he called and spoke to them. WE then brought her back the next day so they would trim her again... They still didn't get it, I am not sure what the heck is going on, but they don't know the difference between 3/4 inch, and 2 inches. Noticing all the dogs in the cages when I went in, there were a lot of dogs, cut down to 3/4 inch. Really uneducated groomers. Don't waste your money or time, there are plenty of groomers in Mt Pleasant, don't chose this one
