I called jimmy my agent to find out why my renual forms have not been sent, knowing I need to renew soon. He states he "dropped the ball" told me I'm sorry it has already been expired and wouldn't let me renew. As a young person you have messed my driving record and they will drop the ball for you. Left me hanging and added surcharges on my record I will never use you again and will encourage other to never use jimmy as an agent. It's was the worst customer service I have ever had.
