Very unprofessional. Will not take my phone calls, will not call me back, and do not reply to emails. Worse title company I have worked with.

I dealt with Lisa who seemed to be nice on my real estate transaction that fell thru. She then recommended some thug realtor who stood me up twice. I then called her back to suggest she doesnt recomment him anymore, before I can say hello she cursed me out! NO MATTERS! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...I own several homes in this town and know a lot of people...I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES ..DISGUSTING!!

Customer Service leaves much to be desired

Paperwork was emailed on 1/3 to a specific person who was very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. The email contained deeds that needed to have the names changed in addition to a Change Deed. On 1/16 I sent a follow up email which was relayed as being read. On 1/21 I called office only to find out that the person was out sick for the last 2 weeks and all they could do was to transfer me to her voice mail. I had then asked for the law office's phone number that owns this company only to be told that I can look it up and was promptly hung up on! I then contacted the law firm who listened to what I needed to have done and stated that someone would get back to me. They were very genuine and empathetic. I then received a call (I thought that it was from the attorney's office) but it was actually from the abstract company advising me that they had spoken to the attorney and that they would not be handling my case. I asked "Don't you handle deeds" and was told yes but not doing mine. I filled out an online questionnaire for the attorney's office inquiring as to the reason behind their decision because all I had done was just ask for a phone number and mentioned to the person that I spoke to that she might mention that I did not thing that this was good customer service. I am very disappointed in the way that the company handled my call and follow up. Open and better communication skills should be a strong point in an employee when dealing with the public. I am very curious to see if the law office will respond. I know that handling a deed issue is not a big money item but we should all be treated as if it were. I don't expect anyone to drop anything for me but a reasonable amount of time to respond is all I was asking for.
