Can't say enough good about Charlie and his crew. I called them on a Monday morning and within a few hours they were here. I needed my tank pumped out but didn't know where my tank lid was located. It was almost like Charlie had X-ray vision, found and had the lid dug up in no time. These guys do it all and are fair with their rates. No regrets and I will be using them again in the future.

Shaun came over for a problem with my grinder pump. I expected a big bill, like with the other company I used to use. Instead Shaun diagnosed the problem, fixed it without any parts needing to be changed out. While at my home he did spot my hot water heater leaking and I am using American Pumps to replace it! Great guys. Thank you!

Charlie and Crew were great!!! They helped fix our problem the very same day I called. And I called Charlie at 7 a.m. He answered the phone and listened and helped us. No other company would even come on the same day or before the weekend!!! They were professional and were understanding. They came to the house, diagnosed the situation and fixed everything in one day. They were the ONLY company that was affordable too! I would recommend this company highly!!!

Scoped out the problem and fixed my ancient failed system in less than eight hours. Total common sense and a decent price for the work, Charlie and his workers are there to fix your problem not to take advantage of it like other contractors I've had. Best contractor I've had, absolutely no bs.

I replaced 40 year old metal tank that was about to collapse with new concrete one. Charles did an excellent job in a time frame that we discussed and also file all needed permits. Charles and his crew send lots of pictures to my cell phone to report on their progress ,It was especially helpful since this is vacation property and I could not be there. Digging out old tanks and replacing with new in a rocky Bushkill PA is not an easy task , leaving place as much disruptive to it's landscaping is a challenge. I'm more then happy with the results.

Jacqueline Gwilliam, 7/17/14 Yesterday our septic system decided to take a day off so we had it backup in our 1st floor toilet and shower. Any water used on 2nd floor backed up in 1st floor. Panic stricken as to the possibilities of what the cause was and the cost I jumped on our computer and called for help. I read the reviews for American Pumps which were amazing. I called after 5pm and received a call back from Victor and was given a quote and they would be here next day. AMAZING they came in the AM. I am so grateful to Victor and Mike who did a Brilliant job. Real professional and omg affordable. I am now on there schedule for their service instead of waiting for another backup. Don't bother looking any further these Guys have it all right. Thanks again for being here when you said you would.

OMG!! Charlie and his CREW ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot express how very, very grateful I am to him for coming to my rescue when my grinder failed...He did a YEOMAN job on the problem. Charlie came a long way to service our pump. He was on-time, efficient, friendly and reasonably-priced. It was clear that he cares about his customers and I certainly would recommend his company without hesitation.

I had to replace a 40 year old grinder pump in a vacation home I bought. Charlie showed up first thing in the morning & inspected the wiring & the overflowing pump. I needed a new pump... His quote was very reasonable, & he said he could replace it same day...

His crew returned in a couple hours & went right to work. After an hour or so, they were almost finished, but need to have the "honey dipper" come out and remove some sludge @ the bottom, that the sump pump couldn't handle. Before that, Charlie came back to check the situation & progress. The guys cleaned up, took my old pump away, and we settled up. I had to pay a little more for the guy to come drain the sludge, but small price to pay, considering. It took a couple more hours for the guy to come & finish, but it was his day off, so I was great full!

Everything's working like a charm. I would highly recommend this company!
