Hi, my name is Suzanne DePaolo and I have successfully gotten through a bankruptcy with Fisher and Fisher Law Offices and had the most amazing experience with Donna, Attorney Tim Fisher and staff through one of the hardest times in my life. They were there for me every step of the way. I am 67 years old, and they went through this entire process with me and helped me through everything. They have exceeded my expectations and I've gotten the results of a lifetime and the best part is, I've got my life and my credit back. They've made my nightmares go away. I am not computer savvy whatsoever, at the least bit, but they made it so simple and easy and less complicated than I ever expected. I totally appreciate everything they've done for my family and I. Especially after the loss of my husband and all the years I've been suffering financially and emotionally. I had the pleasure of using Fisher & Fisher to prepare my will and my business contract. The best legal services in the Poconos. The service was exceptional from the time you entered the office until the time you left. I would definitely recommend Fisher & Fisher.

I have a vacation home in the Poconos and needed a good local lawyer for some real estate transactions. I have a lawyer back in Virginia but didn't know who to call in PA. Thankfully I got hooked up with Fisher and Fisher. They kept me from getting snared by some things I didn't know about and saved me a lot of grief and extra money in the long run. Everyone in the office was very helpful in addition to attorney Fisher. They are quick to call when there is something you need to know or call back when you have questions.

I went in for the free consultation and put down a deposit and was told that if I needed someone they would call ASAP. I called two days later and did not hear back at all. After 12 days I called twice to get a refund and was never called back. I would give zero stars if possible.

I just want to thank attorney Kulesa for helping me and treating me with respect. I really annoys me when businesses have no respect for their customers. This was not the way I felt at all when I was dealing with Fisher & Fisher. Joe explained everything I needed to know in my case and nobody treated me like I was worthless just because I'm a bit older now. It took some time but the outcome to my case was also very good. Thanks to the team at Fisher law.

My son had used your services and was very pleased with the outcome. After the initial consult I was treated professionally by the attorney handling my case. Donna kept me up on the steps I had to take and went out of her way to help me. Everyone was very nice. It took a lot of time, however some of that was my fault. I know that everybody at Fisher did the best job they possibly could. In the end I was quite satisfied.

One thing I'll say about attorney Fisher. He's honest. He won't tell you just anything to make you feel better about your case. He also won't sugarcoat things to sway you to hire him. He'll only tell you what he thinks your best course is and what he thinks your chances are from his experience as a lawyer. He and his staff will work tirelessly to help you and answer all of your questions throughout the process. And from what I've experienced, his team will usually get you good legal results as well.

I used Fisher and Fisher for my injury case. They were responsive and kept me informed of the progress of my case. They let me know what to expect and when to expect it. I was very pleased with the results and would recommend them to anyone.

I've said it elsewhere but I wanted to say it here as well. We've been working with attorney Tim Fisher and Axel Jones from Fisher and Fisher Law Offices for around 4 years now. The reason is very simple. They handle both our personal and business matters from wills to major lawsuit defense with extremely competent legal representation and in a timely manner. In my many years in the mortgage industry I have worked with many other firms, but none as good over time as Fisher and Fisher. I have and continually confidently recommend them to my friends, family, coworkers and clients. That will not change any time soon due to their great attitude, team, and results.

Attorney Fisher and his legal team helped me with a very difficult situation for my family. my parents had a summer home in the Poconos that was left to us. The problem was it was not properly assigned in their will due to an omission. Tim Fisher was very familiar with the situation as he had seen it happen to others many times before. It took some time but, he was able to help me to gain rightful legal possession, minimize the tax burden as much as possible after the problem, and make sure something like this won't happen again. Now I can leave it tom my daughter without a hitch when the time comes.

My son has his own business in Stroudsburg, so I help him with certain aspects, mostly as an adviser. We are originally from NY, so I couldn't recommend a lawyer to him in PA that he could trust and that could help him. Thankfully he met Attorney Fisher who has proven to be excellent in his counsel and services performed. He helped us to realize certain pitfalls that existed that we just had not thought of. He also made the business contracts bulletproof to protect the business from frivolous lawsuits. I now also have the piece of mind that if my sone ever has a personal legal problem, he has somewhere to turn.
