Millenia home improvement is with out a doubt the best contractors in the pocono area, nobody comes close. There’s a reason they are rated an A+ with the BBB. I’ve delt with 13 different contractors in the poconos and most of them have poor customer service, and their quality of work is sub par. The owner Bobby and his team are very professional and they deliver the highest quality of work. One thing I like about the Millenia is the owner Bobby. He checks up on you periodically to make sure that the workers are not only working hard, but makes sure you are satisfied with the work everyday. If anything was to ever go wrong, Bobby will send his workers back to fix the issue no question asked. We got 3 bathrooms completely remodeled as well as a kitchen remodel. We will come back to Millenia to get more work done in the future. Bobby’s prices are very competitive, you will not find a better price anywhere else, trust me, I’ve tried! Bobby is a very religious man. He’s never tried to get over on me, inflate prices, hide expenses or anything. This was the case with 80% of other contractors in the Poconos. Bobby holds his workers to very high standards. He values his customers and you will feel like priority when dealing with him. Expect follow up calls, and random check ins from Bobby to make sure your experience and nothing short of excellent. I couldn’t thank Bobby and his team enough for the outstanding work they have delivered to me. They are better than advertised. Do yourself a favor and look no further when it comes to getting work done on your house. Choose Millenia home improvement and save yourself the headache.

My brother Luis and I used them a little over 2 years ago !! They were awesome !! The roofing and siding they did was great even family and friends didn't recognize the house !! We still get compliments the contractors Bobbie used were awesome !!

They subcontract their work out. Has settled multiple times after law suits. Information is available at the county clerks office. Do not use!

We had windows and siding done on our house. Bobby gave us a good advice about windows and siding. His team, Wayne and Roger have done a great job. They must be proud of their work. "I moved to Mt. Pocono not too long time ago and I had hard time getting anyone to fix my roof. All the contractors around assumed that my job is too small to look at, so they ignored me. Yes, I called for a small roof repair and Millenia showed up and did the repair in no time. After that I had Millenia do the siding for the entire house and 2 deks. My house looks great and I enjoyed the whole summer on my decks. Kids love it too. Thank you again. "

I had roof and siding done by Millenia and my house looks amazing. I love it. The roof was done in one day, which was great because we had a rain the same night. And the siding took them about a week but my house looks brand new now. All my neighours asked me who did the house. I do recomend them to my friends. Great job. Such a nice ladies in the office. They just did a roof for my house. Middle of a winter, my roof leaks like crazy. Windshield below zero but since my roof was in such a bad shape they decided to do it. What a great job. They workers were done in 5 hours. Freezing on the top of the roof but did not say a word to me. The office girls so helpfull. Thank you Millenia.

I used Millenia upon a recommendation of a friend. They gave me a beautiful wooden deck that really enhances my property. I am so pleased. They also did a small roof repair for me very quickly before we were expecting a big rainstorm. I can highly recommend Millenia.

Millenia Home Improvements was recommended to me by my real estate agent. My new house was a foreclosed so it was demolished inside and out. We met with Boby and he told us that my house is a mess and I will take a lots of time and money to fix it correctly. At first, I was a little bit concern so I got few more estimates around. Then I find out that his price was best plus he gave me a exact time, when the house is going to be done. My house was completely destroyed so we had to stay in NY while Millenia was working on it. I would see it on weekends only and I was very happy with the work progress. Even so, there was no supervision on my side; the work was done exactly the way it was promised to me. First, they did the roof and siding and when I come up for weekend I could not find the house, because it looked brand new and I did not recognize it. Yes, best contarctor around. They come in to my house and gave me price for the roof and deck. Next day I had my roof done and week later I had a new beautifull deck. The reason it took a week because of the permits. I totally trust this company and I would like to thank all of the employees (the workers that did the job and the office girls, they were so helpfull). Thank you so much.

I just had siding and roof done by Millenia Home and I have to say that I'm very happy with the work. The house in Poconos is my summer place so I met with Boby when he come to give me estimate 3 weeks ago and I just come back to pay the balance and when I saw my house, I could hardly recognize it. IT looks like brand new home and I love it. I hired Millenie because my friend had some staff done by them. I was really happy about this, as I really needed to complete this job ASAP. The job was started shortly after and everything was arranged perfectly! I there was a lot of different kinds of shingles to choose from, and I must say, this made it difficult! I was glad that they had the EXACT color that I wanted!!!! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ALL OF YOUR HOUSING NEEDS!!!
