I got my bio identical compounded hormones here. For the most part the people are kind and helpful. I have found from time to time that there is an inconsistency in the potency of my refills, which disrupts my life and requires me to adjust my dose or have them redo the refill. Just recently, the pharmacist said I could pay half price for the next refill, because I was having potency issues with the last refill. I said i don't care about that, i just want the refill to be right. When I went in to pick up the refill (which they had to redo) they wanted the full price. Again, didn't really care, but wanted to talk to someone to find out why. A woman came to talk to me. I explained what the pharmacist said. She was angry and upset and told me that my issue was ridiculous and no one else had any problems! That if I pay half price they are losing money! I was just politely asking and paid what they wanted me to and then told them I would find another pharmacy. This woman should have discussed this with the pharmacist who set the price, not yell at the customer. The pharmacists are good and will work out any issue that you have. I just have had too many potency issues and not comfortable going to a place where people think it is ok to talk to the customer this way.
