They randomly decided to close the store an hour early. Four of us standing outside confused why the doors were locked early with NO sign and customers still actively shopping inside. Incredibly unprofessional.

Amazing customer service! I wanted to return an item I bought from an outlet mall, but the tags were no longer attached AND I didn't have my receipt. But the general manager looked the item up, and then later refunded my card full price. Not what I was expecting! Thanks so much!
