Went in for a oil change and came back the next day to get my car and they said my car was leaking oil. Remind you My car was not leaking oil before I took it in for a oil change. Found out the Mechanic working that day took out the wrong oil plug and stripped it causeing me to have to have a new oil pan. I went in to question the owner about my bill and why I was responsible for the full price of the oil pan when all I brought my car in for was a oil change and there wasn't anything wrong until one of her mechanics caused the problem. She ripped up my bill and told me to get out and not come back . I stood there and ooffered to pay for my oil change and would have offered to pay for part of the oil pan but she then again refused to take my money and told me to leave and not come back. That attitude is poor buisness. Instead of trying to fix the problem with the customer she gets rid of a customer who has been there a few times before and would have kept coming back if made right. Poor customer skills on the OWNERS part!!!!
