We were so surprised by how great this place is. We didn't have huge expectations but were so impressed! The staff is so friendly, our room is clean and nice, the food is fantastic and the indoor pool is amazing!!!!

During our resent stay Mid MAY 2011, we arrived late in the evening and paid cash for our room. The room had a bad smell that we figured would dissapate with a little airing out, so we opened the window a bit, during the night the smell got worse. we informed the front desk when we checked out (early) and the girl a the front desk and house keeping confirmed the smell. I was told that we could not get a refund or discount without Management approval and that she would have the manager call us when they arrived. I had to call them 8 hours later and talked with a manager who informed me that since we paid with cash we could not get a refund and as an indapendent owner Best Western Corp. won't respond to my complante (we'll see if i get a responce from them). Seems they only fear the Credit Card Companies who can process refunds. BEST WESTERN NO LONGER means you can expect 4 STAR accomadations (or even 3 stars) DON"T STAY HERE Hotel 6 is better!!!!
