In receiving a sound healing with Kate and Shannon, I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. Kate and Shannon seemed to know exactly what I needed. Not only during the session, but the after affects were amazing. I felt balanced, relaxed and fully present throughout the day and days ahead. At the time of receiving, I was able to go into a deep meditation. Healing my mind's chatter as I felt calm and into a deep meditation, being fully present with the sounds of the tuning forks.
