Provided by YP.comI was told a reasonable length of time to file bankrupcy was 4 months. Mine was 8 months. I inccured more cost because of their mistakes and they didn't reimburse those extra cost after me asking 4 times. They would even talk to me about it. When my day in court came he sent a colleague instead of showing up instead. I found out he couldn't make it cause he was shopping for a new cell phone instead of representing me. I had to call up begging and crying to get them to work on our case to get it over with. It was one of the most traumatic experiences I've had and it was cause I felt so alone and helpless. When we went to sign the paper work it was all wrong. The receptionist didn't check my paperwork to see it was correct before I went over it. It took me over 5 hours to correct their mistakes on the court documents. At the end I felt like I should have gone to legal aid to do it myself cause I did the brunt of the work.
