They are fine people to work with and make sure everything goes smoothly when going to closing. However, a lot of their work seems rushed. They re-did a house that was a foreclosure, so you do expect some things probably aren't perfect when you fix up a house there's always room for accidents or small errors, but there has been A LOT of problems with this house. Too many to be acceptable for a house that was supposedly gutted and re-done. And all of these issues have happened in areas where these guys specifically told us they just fixed it up (i.e. they put in new roof, new windows, new plumbing, etc.)
Basically since we closed in September we have had a new issue come up every month. We so far have had SEVERAL windows not installed properly AND not insulated properly (has caused drifts during the winter and LEAKS in the house), a leak in the basement that was only covered up not completely fixed, and part of plumbing to a bathtub that was installed incorrectly causing yet another leak (the guy at home depot laughed at the mistake, called in amateur).
All of the things that went wrong for us are all things that wouldn't have taken too much more time to have been done correctly the first time, which is why I say they rush through jobs. They are also things you can't tell from looking at the house but become apparent a couple of months later once the weather starts to get cold or we get heavy rain/snow.
The new roof has leaked in more then one spot.
We now have reason to believe the upstairs/attic is not properly insulted, causing ice dams in our gutters. This has also caused more water leaking into the house. Maybe this one thing could not be their fault if it wasn't their own work, but it's just adding to sloppy job they did on everything else.

In short - I wouldn't trust their work. Be ready to do a lot of repairs yourself if you buy a house from them that they have supposedly repaired.
