Established in 1968, Heritage Manor is an 80-plus-bed facility that offers skilled nursing care. It provides therapy, nutrition and respite care programs, as well as transportation, housekeeping and laundry services. Heritage Manor also conducts a range of social, recreational and spiritual activities, including musical evenings, ice-cream socials and painting workshops. Located in Mt. Sterling, Ill., the facility additionally offers expanded services for assisted living and retirement community residents and is a part of Heritage Enterprises, which offers residential and health care services for senior citizens. Heritage Enterprises owns more than 35 elder care facilities throughout Illinois and specializes in dementia care, rehabilitation therapy and assisted living services.
