Provided by YP.comDr. Carty was very friendly. I was concerned about how much my bill would run me. They told me it would $100 after my insurance. The office manager does not know how to bill insurance companies properly. I recevied a phone call a week later from the office manager telling me I owed them another $83. That was after the insurance comany sent there little payment of $88 into them. They don't know how to proper estimates for customers.
Thanks for choosing our office to provide your dental care. We always appreciate all comments (positive and negative) as I know this is the only way to make our office better. We understand every patient's frustration with insurance companies as we too have frustrations with them. Our staff is limited to the information released by each individual insurance companies' representatives. Unfortunately this information is not always exact. We provide the service of filing insurance as a courtesy for our patients and hope that we have the opportunity to resolve these issues at your next visit. Thanks again for your trust.

Provided by YP.comDr. Carty and her staff are very friendly. I felt comfortable and I felt relaxed in the massaging chairs. I never felt more relaxed at a dentist office. She is kind and very gental. She took time with me and explained what I needed to have done. No one has ever done that before. I feel like part of the family and recommend her to everyone.
