I saw the negative post of the previous gent. Things are changed around at Petsense and it is VERY organized and the staff are friendly and informed and helpful. They do a great job with the cats and kittens that they provide shelter and care for until they are adopted. They are a great blessing in the community.

I've been to this store a handful of times and try to avoid doing so, if possible. The aisles are always a complete mess and the staff is anything but helpful. The employees are obviously not trained well and never have any idea what they are talking about. This store is a joke and I recommend that people do their own research about their pets instead of consulting the employees.
