Their name suits them. Many years ago my mother was I'll so I put everything I owned in storage to move in with her for a couple months. This was my first ad and last time I ever rented a storage building. Anyways long story short one day on way to work I remembered I hadn't paid. For the month. I was 15 days late. I went by thinking there might be a lock on it but no, it was empty. I had things that belonged to my father who passed away,personal items from other family members who passed that meant the world to me. Not to mention guns, Ethan Allen dining room table,buffet. Thousands of dollars stolen. But the personal items hurt the most. I called , extremely upset,i asked why they didn't call or send a letter,they had my info. They said it wasn't their responsibility. Granite ,I was late. But if my unit was full of junk I'm sure it would've been a different story. I bill including late fee was 55$. God will judge them for their greed and unethical decisions. Rent elsewhere.
