So I've read reviews on this place, and thought we would dentist us and our family there. So I set up an appt for my hubby after work. Like usual dentist they required a first visit before even scheduling a cleaning. He was five min late and they would not let him keep his appt. They made him reschedule. He was dragging equipment to a new job site and that is why he was just a bit late. I called them and they were very rude, and offered absolutely no apology. Even though my hubby was sitting in their parking lot. Just said if new patients are late we reschedule. I think they just wanted to leave early. So frustrating because now he has to drive another 25 miles another evening. Read the bad reviews sounds like they just want your hard earned money with extra stuff!!!! BEWARE

The most incompetently run business I've ever seen. Avoid this place like the plague!!!

This place is a scam. They charge $19 for initial exam where they do a bunch of xrays and then a dental hygienist and dentist give you an exam. I will have to be referred out for the major work I need but then for 4 fillings and an extra special cleaning they want $1260.00. Hello, a regular dentist office only charges around $70 or so for a filling and $60 for a cleaning. at least in Mt Vernon.
