Poor sales support

Copying message I am posting in as many sites as possible about my experience at Expressway to see what it takes to complete my transaction. I would highly recommend against using this dealer. To be fair the buying process was fairly painless. The salesman did not pressure me and seemed polite enough. Now on to the bad. I spent 4 hours after we had negotiated on price at the dealership waiting for them to complete the paperwork. Unacceptable. I was told not to go to the DMV until I had received additional paperwork from the dealership which I would receive within 2 weeks. 2 Weeks later I called the dealership again to see where the paperwork is. Spoke with 2 people and was told the paperwork was being processed today and I would have it by the end of the week. I week later I call the dealership again to check on the paperwork (note that this is 24 days after the sale) and was told they would have to make some phone calls and get back to me. No response as of yet. Completely unacceptable. The final nail in the coffin was the dealer mailed me the license plate from my trade in to the wrong address. Thankfully FedEx called me and we were able to get that straightened out and they had to mail me additional warranty papers to sign that weren't taken care of in the 4 hours I was waiting at the time of sale. Bottom line is this dealer is either shady or incompetent. Use your best judgement there

The worst sales staff I have ever delt with!



Jerry Schmitt the sales guy we delt with was very rude very pushie and lied several times.



We went else where, if you are dead set on going here ask for another sales guy.
