There are far to many problems and complaints to elaborate within a reasonable amount of time. Traveling for my business, I stay and have stayed in a number of different accommodations over the years and this had to be one of the worst. The interior and exterior was poorly kept. The three days for my stay, at no time was the bed ever made, clean linens were not furnished, nor was the room ever vacuumed. The carpet in the hallway was not only dirty but very tattered and worn. The free breakfast was a farce as the items available were sub par in quality. Napkins were not even available if you wanted to have toast, bagel, or cereal.The front desk typically was never staffed and at 7:00 a.m. a metal security gate was drawn completely across the desk. It appeared that a staff person was not on duty to be present for the front desk nor to monitor the free breakfast facilities.
