This is my first time using this hatchery. I put my order in over two months ago. When it was scheduled to be mailed out they called to say they would be mailing it out 6 days late. Here it is 8 days later and no shipment yet. They finally answered there phone and said it's going to be another week before they ship my order. I understand that things happen and it was going to ship late. But not getting a call explaining what is going on is just poor customer service.
