This happens often at Mt Vernon McDonald..having to wait 15 to 20 mins for your order and when you get it the order is wrong. Tonight I order happy meals for my grandchildren with yogurt. I was leaving the drive thru and notice no yogurt...turn around told the girl at the window and was told to wait...another 10 mins. The girl that brought the yogurt out told me I had to give them the apples..that was under the fries and hamburgers..this is crazy. It was their mistake fries dumped out while I was getting the apples to give back. I am done with Mt Vernon MO McDonalds.

Never again

I literally waited 20 minutes to have my order taken. They got my order wrong twice, and overcharged me. They also failed to give me a receipt so now I cannot prove I was overcharged. This was a terrible experience, they will never get my business again.
