I want to express my appreciation for the professionalism and courtesy the Enterprise staff exhibited in handling my reservation. The staff is awesome; they employ excellent workplace skills to help the customer decide their rental. I rent from this place often and know firsthand that you’re treated as a valued customer. Whenever I need to rent a vehicle, l choose enterprise from this location.

Well on my first visit was help by a young lady,who never really introduced herself. However, she was helpful ( or so I believed). Even though felt to be a little rushed by her. The transaction was done smoothly I rented a car for 7 days and was charged a little over 500, this included the deposit. 4 days into driving the oil light comes and also an indication that one of lights was bad on the exterior of the car. Not being close enough to just bring the car back, I decided to call and leave a message. To my surprise I've never received a call back. Until on the 6 days into the rental I was unable to answer so they left a message. Thinking they would tell me that they are sorry about the condition of the car, however it was a call to let me know they sold the car and not to forget to bring it in the 7th day. On the 7th day I returned the car and let them know about the oil and light as they seemed to have no interest in it at all.

However me being the person I am and believing in second chances and also not wanting to travel the extra time to go to another rental service. I decided to give them a second chance. This time however I was greeted warmly by an associate by the name of Marcus. I rented again for 7 days and this time was if I rent 5 I get the next to days free. Thinking this was a new policy (and because of my first trip I was never informed) I asked when did they start this, and was answered with "this is how it's always been". So this time instead of paying over 500 I paid around 470 including the deposit.

I would recommend this company, if your willing to play vehicle and associate roulette. Next time I'll drive the extra distance and try budget.
