Horrible management, they do not have any care or concern for tenants. There only concerned to collect the rent. This company manages rundown dirty ghetto buildings in Mount Vernon. There buildings are not kept clean and tenants do whatever they want , the buildings are also not safe. There's all sort of characters and homeless people that hang around the place. Do not rent from these folks, two Jewish guys.
