I have been riding with New Line for the last 2 years and find them to be reasonable and nice. No problems here... Some idiots do bad reviews on an Urban Cab Company are just sensitive punks

Scum never again will I call these guys worst in the world on the phone worst ever I feel sick they are scum

I wish this was based onva numver rating system with a negative selection. They definitely earnedbthat 1 star. Rude dispatcher and cab drivers are also rude and show that they don't know anything about customer serivce or work ethic. Its a wonder that they are still in business and they are very lucky that their aren't many cab services in mount vernon. Ill conduct my bussiness with reliable and the few other cab services. New line needs new management.

Never use the rude punks. One of their drivers parked his cab on my street and was up on the bumper of my car. I first asked him respectfully to back up. He then got belligerent, cursed at myself and my mother and threatened to damage my car. He then threw a bottle in my direction and at my house. I am filing a police report. If anything happens to anyone or anything on my street they will know to go after this punk.

This cab service is the worst cab service on the face of the Earth. NY needs to ban their license for being a cab service. I waited with my family 2 1/2 hours for the cab to come! We called the company 5 TIMES. They sent about six cabs. We needed to be picked up at the Best Buy over there, and they went to Target EACH TIME. These drivers ARE BRAIN DEAD! The have no sense of direction. I am sick of cab services like this. They need new drivers. Not ghetto guys they picked up off the street. Now I cannot go to Mount Vernon any more because of this atrocious cab company. I am giving this cab service 1 star because I cannot give a negative star rating. If I could, I would give this cab service a -5 out of 5 stars. NEVER CALL THIS CAB SERVICE, EVER. Just go walk the highway. You will get to your destination faster and safer than by using this cab service.

I always take new line cabs but one night they sent me a driver that woke up the entire neighborhood at night blowing the horn like he was the police or something . I told him to be patient and he in turn insulted me. I spoke the dispatcher about it, told him that the driver needed a seriouse lesson in respect and he literally started laughing as if it were not serious and I were a joke . I don't care how much of a hurry im in I will NEVER waste my phone minuets or $5.50 on that cab service again. They need to remember that customer service is a part of business . Id much rather take reliable. Iv never had a problem like this with them. Newline ? NEVER AGAIN !

I normally use newline and they are decent but recently i used then and they sent this nasty attitude cab driver that demanded me to pay more than the going rate just because i needed to turn around and get something. First of all I was down the street from my house and he was only waiting a second. Ultimately I gave hi 10 for a 5.50 ride. I just eanted him to close his greedy mouth. I am normally a calm person but I was livid because i cant stand things like that. I would never call this place for a ride I rather walk
