I was looking for a place to get jeans hemmed in Mount Vernon, OH. Found Custom Bridal Creations and that was where my success ended. They gave(?) my jeans to someone else and wouldn't reimburse me. Don't use this place. They are not trust worthy.......

where do i start took in a dress to get 2in off the bottom and they did get that right but they had it for over two months but when we went to get the dress the fancy tie that goes from the bottom of the back to the neck line was not the right one and they should not ever taken it out hat nothing to do with what they were doing to it and we ask her and she was like i do not know what happen too it so she made one and it was too thick and would not go through the holes and we ask her just to call the dress shop since she lost the one that went to the dress and pay for a new one that went to the dress and she said f--- no i am not giving you any money for new one. also if she tells you to call her good luck we called her 3 days in a row and never got a phone call back so we stop in and set a time to meet with her and she is 45 min. late meeting with us good luck if you go to them also we were going to rent 4 tux through her and she cancel with us 3 weeks before the wedding and says she is not renting tux anymore.
