I have never ever done business with such an unprofessional entity. Staples is the only office supply store near me and, over the years, I have had nothing but a condescending and ill-informed group of employees to deal with. This can be said about every visit and most employees, including the manager. When I call the store for help, I get employees that make me feel bad about interrupting them. They have an attitude of "don't bother me with YOUR problem." I just got off the phone with a woman employee who said, and I quote, "That sounds like YOUR problem. Why don't you find a friend or family member who can help you?" I just can't believe a company can consistently employ such unprofessional employees. During an earlier experience, after an untoward remark from the manager, one employee who was trying to be helpful, told me he was leaving because of the work environment and strongly encouraged me to report what was going on. Well, now I am.
