Provided by YP.comWe received terrible customers service at College Way Self Storage. We rented a U-haul truck on line and when we wanted to pick it up we were informed that the keys were locked in the truck and they would do nothing to help us get them out. They refused to call a locksmith or call U-haul. U-haul was not helpful either by telling us to call College Way Self Storage back. I would be afraid to use their storage units if this is the type of customer service they provide. I would tell all my friends to NEVER use them. If I could give them a "no star" rating I would have.
College Way self Storage actually did call uhaul to help and that situation and had to wait for a uhaul representative to come out and help them. We are not authorized to call a lock smith for the customer if keys are left in the truck. And uhaul had sent us that reservation without our consent that day so the person to blame is Uhaul. College Way Self Storage has no control over what happens with the Uhaul truck, uhaul makes the rules for us. Uhaul has the control over their trucks and if keys are locked in it.
